1.  How do we pay?

   We accept PayPal, T / T . Please pay the official account number given to Hotebike.


2.  How is the goods shipped?
    We normally transport DHL, DDP, UPS, FedexEMS can also.


3.  Can I order spare parts?
    Yes, we have all parts list available for our models.


4.  Is sample available?
    Yes, sample order is acceptable, but there will be extra cost.


5.  Is OEM available?
    Yes, it is available. Please inform us in detail about your design requirements.


6.  How long is delivery time?
    30 days to 45 days, depend on model and quantity.


7.  How about warranty ?
    Alloy frame 36 months, motor 24 months, lithium battery 15 months, controller 15 months.


8.  How does your company do a good job of quality control?
    Quality is our company’s culture, we will provide you with the best quality service.
    Our company has obtained CE, EN15194, TUV certification.


9.  Where is your company? How can i go there?
    Our company is located in Zhuhai, China, less than 10 minutes from Zhuhai Airport, you can fly directly to Zhuhai Airport, we will pick you up.


10. Do I need any special license, insurance or registration to use the electric bikes?
    No, you do not need any license, insurance or registration to ride the electric bikes. It is treated exactly as a regular bicycle from a regulatory perspective.


11. What kind of warranty do you offer on your electric bikes?
    Our electric bikes use standard components that are readily available from any reputable bicycle repair shop. The mechanical parts of the bike do not have a warranty. However, the most expensive part of the bike, the motor,the controller,the battery, comes with a limited 12 month warranty.
If you have a problem with your electric bikes simply return it to the shop where you made your purchase so that an assessment can be completed to determine solution. You are responsible for basic bicycle repairs such as flat tires and periodic bicycle tune ups.
