China has experienced explosive growth in sales of non-assisted e-bikes, including scooters, with annual sales rising from 56,000 in 1998 to more than 21 million in 2008, and reaching an estimated 120 fleets when buying e-bikes. When buying an electric bicycle, the main consideration is the battery, the motor, and most likely the price.
How far a single battery charge can go (regardless of your body size, terrain, tire pressure, etc.) is based on battery voltage (V) and ampere-hours (AH). In general, Shuangye battery has 36V 9/10ah battery or larger capacity 60V20AH battery. Larger batteries are equivalent to higher performance, but this will drain the battery faster, so the range of the two styles is about 25-45 kilometers.
If you need to charge your batteries on several flights of stairs, you need to consider battery weight. The charging time of a typical bicycle is 4-10 hours. Keep in mind that in cold weather, batteries drain faster, so they need to be recharged more often.
2) Motor size
Just like the size of the battery, the size of the Shuangye motor will also increase: 500-10000w (some bikes even reach 2000W). This is equivalent to a maximum speed of 30-40 km/h. At the same time, the motor is quite small at 250-350w and can only reach the maximum speed of 20-30km/h.
The price you pay for an e-bike depends largely on where you buy it and the price you can bargain with, as well as the type of bike you choose. Generally speaking, our Shuangye electric bikes are excellent quality and reasonable price, the service and product quality are obvious to all. But a 60V bike is usually at the end of an expensive product.
