Going out for a long time riding a bicycle or electric bicycle safety first! First aid tips to help you.

Safety issues are undoubtedly the number one for bike riders. For the riders, safety is not only the first-aid service, but also the recovery and massage before and after the ride, to prevent the damage, and to avoid damage will be better than the repair after the injury.

Massage is also an important part of safety issues. Massage can promote new oxygenated blood circulation and promote recovery. If you pay attention to the feeling, the masseur will always rub the muscles upwards, which can effectively push the blood containing carbon dioxide and lactic acid into the lungs and heart. Then filter it into oxygen-rich blood and return it to the muscles. Massage can greatly speed up the process. It can also be stretched to prevent injuries.

For a little longer before the game, doing some deep tissue massage can effectively overcome the numbness of the legs during the riding of the electric bicycle. After one or two days of recovery before riding the e-bike , you need to lie flat. Raise your legs on the bed, promote blood to fall back, and then do a relaxing massage; when relaxed, the stimulation of the piriformis will make the muscles softer and recover faster.

Massage can also bring a certain degree of pleasure to sports and bicycle riders, and is also an important part of athletes’ life and training. For cyclists, there are several types of muscles: quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks, and tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius, abdominal muscles, etc., and even dorsiflexors and wrist flexors. Because electric bicycles are items for full body exercise.

In general, sports injuries include muscle strains: usually occurring in the legs, caused by excessive stretching or strenuous exercise. Knee injury: Targeted or diffuse pain anywhere in the knee area due to repeated overuse. Achilles tendinitis: severe pain above the heel caused by tearing or rupture. Pain in the lower back and neck: It is often caused by improper posture or incorrectness when riding a bicycle. Muscle tension: Muscles can be strained in any part of the body because of the violent riding. Muscle fatigue: Again, it appears in any possible area after intensity training. These injuries and injuries are different and will gradually accumulate over time and changes in riding posture.

Massage can relieve muscle pain, relax muscle and tendon tension, and accelerate the healing of soft tissue. Promotes the recovery of muscle fatigue by inducing deep relaxation.

Also before the game, you need to apply some sunscreen. Some good protection is far more effective than first aid. If you end up with sunburn and stay away from the sun as soon as possible, apply aloe vera to relieve sunburn. Try not to use oily products such as petroleum jelly, which will make it impossible to dissipate heat, supplemented by a large amount of water intake, to alleviate the risk of dehydration caused by sunburn.

Although according to statistics, players who participate in cross-country and cross-country marathons are injured more frequently, most of the injuries can be treated with first aid measures. At least some first-aid measures can make you feel comfortable on the way to the hospital, or wait for the medical staff to get to the side to further reduce the damage.

Wound Management: After a bicycle break for various reasons, you may need some first aid measures to deal with the wound. When you have bruises and bleeding, you can follow the following methods.

(1) Clean the wound. Most wound management is best to clean your wounds before doing any treatment. When you crash, your skin will touch the ground and other things, and dust and a small amount of sand will stick to your skin. If possible, be sure to clean them up. Rinse the wound quickly with a wet towel or water from a kettle to keep the wound clean.

(2)  Stop bleeding. If the wound bleeds, try to use gauze, pressure bandage or clothing to fix it. Of course, it depends on the bleeding condition. Sterile non-woven fabric can be directly attached to the wound to stop bleeding, and the wound is pressed to give pressure. If the patient has severe bleeding in the leg, they can be pressed with a cotton pad. If there is no large batt on hand, use a torn jersey to make a triangular bandage for fixing.

(3) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation can save people’s lives. Everyone should learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest can double a person’s chance of survival by a factor of three. You may see a person suddenly fainting in the competition, losing consciousness, stopping breathing, the longer the body stops circulating blood, the less likely it is to survive. By real-time cardiopulmonary resuscitation, you can help the patient to circulate again until the arrival of the ambulance.

Finally, you need to understand the environment in which you are riding an electric bicycle, and purchase insurance, carry GPS equipment during the race or cycling, face the risk of accidental control, and it is best not to go to a more dangerous place to compete alone or Ride to avoid accidents.
